By using TrackTribute, you agree to the following terms regarding the ownership, licensing, and usage of the custom AI-generated music and animations created through our platform.

1. Ownership of Content

Full Ownership: Upon successful payment and final delivery of your project (and provided no refund is requested), you own the rights to the final digital asset. You are free to share, distribute, and enjoy your custom song or animation for personal use.

Commercial Use: If you are an artist or business using our beats or clips for commercial gain (e.g., streaming services, paid advertisements), you retain the rights to the output provided the project remains in good standing.

2. Copyright Revocation Upon Refund

To protect our production team and the technology used to generate your project, the following rule is strictly enforced:

Automatic Revocation: In the event that a Full Refund is issued under our Satisfaction Policy, all legal rights to the music, lyrics, and/or animation are immediately revoked.

Prohibited Use: Once a refund is processed, you may not post, upload, stream, or distribute the digital assets in any capacity. Any continued use of refunded material is considered a violation of our Intellectual Property rights and may result in a DMCA takedown or legal action.

3. Content Restrictions

TrackTribute reserves the right to refuse any project that includes:

Hate speech, harassment, or illegal content.

Direct infringement on existing copyrighted material (e.g., asking for a direct cover of a famous song).

Misleading or fraudulent information provided in the Custom Project Form.

4. AI Methodology Acknowledgment

By using our services, you acknowledge that TrackTribute utilizes advanced AI-driven tools to generate music and animation. While we strive for 100% original output, the nature of AI means that certain stylistic elements may be inspired by broader industry trends.

5. Limitation of Liability

TrackTribute provides creative services "as is." While we guarantee high-tier quality, we are not liable for how you choose to use the content once it is in your possession, nor are we responsible for any third-party platform (such as YouTube or TikTok) flagging content based on their individual AI-detection algorithms.
