No Third-Party Selling: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal stories or project details to third-party advertisers.

Internal Access: Access to your project details is strictly limited to the TrackTribute production team and the AI tools required to execute your vision.

Encryption: All submissions through our Custom Project Page are processed over secure, encrypted connections to ensure your data stays private.

4. Storage & Deletion

Project Archiving: We retain a copy of your project for a limited time to facilitate future requests for changes or redownloads.

Data Deletion: If you would like your project details and associated data to be permanently deleted from our servers after your order is complete, simply contact us, and we will process your request immediately.

5. AI Training Policy

We respect your privacy. The personal stories and specific details you submit for your Custom Song Tributes are used solely for your project and are not used to train public AI models.
