Refund & Satisfaction Policy
At TrackTribute, our goal is your total satisfaction. We believe in our work, but we also believe in your right to get exactly what you paid for. To maintain our high standards while protecting our creative team, we adhere to the following policy:
1. The Production Process
Submission: Once you checkout, you must complete the Custom Project Form with your specific details, descriptions, and reference files.
Delivery: We utilize the latest AI technology to complete your project within 24β48 hours. You will receive an email with a secure download link once finished.
2. The 3-Day Review Window
To protect against fraud and service misuse, all refund or change requests must be submitted within three (3) days of the project being delivered to your email.
After 3 days, all sales are final, and refund requests will be automatically declined. No exceptions will be made to this window.
3. The Path to a Refund
If you are not satisfied with the initial outcome, we follow a two-step resolution process:
Mandatory Revision: To qualify for a refund, the customer must first provide TrackTribute with one (1) opportunity to make changes. We will work with you to adjust the project to meet your original requirements.
Final Resolution: If you remain unsatisfied after the revision process is completed, a Full Refund will be issued immediately.
4. Protection Against Misuse of Services
This policy is designed to ensure customer happiness, not to provide free content.
Fraud Prevention: We strictly monitor for "Misuse of Services"βwhere a customer intends to keep the produced content while seeking a refund without a valid creative reason.
Refusal Rights: If TrackTribute determines that a refund request is an attempt to exploit our services for free content, we reserve the right to escalate the dispute and refuse the refund request.
5. Ownership Status
Please note that once a refund is issued, all rights to the music or animation are revoked. The digital assets may not be used for personal or commercial purposes.
